When GetYourGuide wins for Bosnia and Herzegovina bookings: Sarajevo and Mostar city breaks — its Berlin roots show in how deep the inventory runs for these tours specifically. The curated "Originals" collection is unique to the platform.
When to consider alternatives: Viator's TripAdvisor review depth is worth checking on established Sarajevo tours.
GetYourGuide confirms Bosnia and Herzegovina bookings instantly — no physical delivery. Your ticket lands in the GetYourGuide app and by email right after checkout, ready to scan at the meeting point in Sarajevo and Mostar or the attraction entrance.
Free Cancellation: Most activities · Cancellation Window: Typically 24 hours before the start time · Refund Timeline: 3–5 business days
Check each Bosnia and Herzegovina listing's cancellation policy before booking — it's stated clearly on the activity page. Weather-dependent or outdoor experiences around Sarajevo and Mostar sometimes carry different terms than fixed-date museum or landmark tickets.
GetYourGuide Bosnia and Herzegovina accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal all process normally — the standard rails Bosnian shoppers already use online. All bookings are priced and processed in BAM — no conversion surprises at checkout.
GetYourGuide doesn't run a sitewide promo code — pricing is set per activity, and savings show up through free cancellation terms and the curated Originals collection rather than a code pasted at checkout.
Lock a date with the "Free cancellation" filter first, then shop around: 2–3 listings for the same attraction often differ more on what's included (skip-the-line access, guide language, group size) than on headline price.
Yes — GetYourGuide automatically displays prices in BAM for Bosnia and Herzegovina bookings, and the amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
Most activities offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, with a full refund. The exact cancellation window is listed on each activity page before you book.
GetYourGuide covers Sarajevo Old Town tours and Mostar day trips — a smaller but solid catalogue.
GetYourGuide designs and vets Originals tours itself instead of reselling third-party inventory — a quality-control layer meant to beat the hit-or-miss feel of generic city tours, unique to this platform.
Click through to GetYourGuide BA and search your destination — filter by "Free cancellation" to keep every option risk-free while you compare.
Check group size, guide language, and what's included (skip-the-line access, transport, snacks) — these vary more between listings than the headline price does.
Pick your slot. Popular landmark tours and Originals-branded tours tend to sell out first in peak season, so book ahead when you can.
Complete payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in BAM. Your ticket arrives instantly by email and in the app.
No need to print anything: the app or email confirmation scans directly at the meeting point for almost every attraction on the platform.
