When GetYourGuide wins for Ukraine bookings: Kyiv city breaks — its Berlin roots show in how deep the inventory runs for these tours specifically. The curated "Originals" collection is unique to the platform.
When to consider alternatives: Viator has similarly limited Ukraine coverage given current travel conditions.
GetYourGuide confirms Ukraine bookings instantly — no physical delivery. Your ticket lands in the GetYourGuide app and by email right after checkout, ready to scan at the meeting point in Kyiv or the attraction entrance.
Free Cancellation: Most activities · Cancellation Window: Typically 24 hours before the start time · Refund Timeline: 3–5 business days
Check each Ukraine listing's cancellation policy before booking — it's stated clearly on the activity page. Weather-dependent or outdoor experiences around Kyiv sometimes carry different terms than fixed-date museum or landmark tickets.
GetYourGuide Ukraine accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal all process normally — bookings priced in the currency of the destination country. All bookings are priced and processed in UAH — no conversion surprises at checkout.
GetYourGuide doesn't run a sitewide promo code — pricing is set per activity, and savings show up through free cancellation terms and the curated Originals collection rather than a code pasted at checkout.
Compare a few tours for the same landmark before booking — group size, guide language, and skip-the-line access swing the value more than the sticker price does. Keep "Free cancellation" ticked so an early lock-in costs nothing.
Yes — GetYourGuide automatically displays prices in UAH for Ukraine bookings, and the amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
Most activities offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, with a full refund. The exact cancellation window is listed on each activity page before you book.
GetYourGuide's Ukraine coverage is limited given current travel conditions — check individual tour availability.
Originals are tours designed and vetted directly by GetYourGuide rather than resold from third-party operators — the company positions them as a quality-controlled alternative to generic city tours, and they're unique to the platform.
Click through to GetYourGuide UA and search your destination — filter by "Free cancellation" to keep every option risk-free while you compare.
Two listings for the same landmark rarely match on inclusions — check group size, guide language, and whether transport or snacks are bundled before picking on price alone.
Pick your slot. Popular landmark tours and Originals-branded tours tend to sell out first in peak season, so book ahead when you can.
Complete payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in UAH. Your ticket arrives instantly by email and in the app.
No need to print anything: the app or email confirmation scans directly at the meeting point for almost every attraction on the platform.
